If you would like more information about any of these resources – particularly if you are looking for a spiritual director – feel free to contact us. We have a number of people who are either trained spiritual directors or who are currently in training.

One of the best and primary ways to choose which of these resources to engage is by asking yourself: “How do I want to deepen my experience of God?” Desire is often the means by which God draws people, and paying attention to your desires and where they incline you is always a fruitful practice in the spiritual life.
